The Consulting and QWL Unit is multi-disciplinary, structured around the following competencies:

Work psychology and clinical psychology, sociology of organisations, conflict management, statistical analysis and systemic analysis, and change management.

The consultants thus combine field experience in occupational health and a profile of advice and expertise on occupational health issues.

Certifications

ACCA Professionnels is a member of the network of pension and occupational health insurance funds (CARSAT) as a service provider in PSR prevention. This membership is a recognition of the personnel’s experience and of their proven knowledge in psychosocial risk prevention.

As part of its psychosocial risk advice, prevention and treatment activities, the ACCA firm is registered with the DREETS organisation as a contributor to occupational risk prevention.

With ISO 9001 certification, ACCA Professionnels thus enjoys objective recognition, by an independent body, of its professionalism and its requirements of excellence. This certification is the guarantee of a capacity for deployment of methodologies regarding national contexts.
